The plugin does not transmit these materials to a server operated by Sollberger AI Consulting. OpenAI processes your information under the policies, account settings and agreements applicable to the OpenAI product you use. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and its policy for the EEA, UK and Switzerland.

If you voluntarily send conversation excerpts or other information to support, these form part of your email inquiry. They are processed and retained as described in the existing sections “Contact via Email or Telephone” and “Storage Duration”. Support emails are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.

Use of the AI VoiceBot

When you use our AI VoiceBot (hereinafter “VoiceBot”) for inquiries, your voice inputs are processed by our technology partner ElevenLabs Inc. (USA) to handle your request. This processing is necessary to receive your inquiry and to be able to respond to you via the VoiceBot.

Sollberger AI Consulting does not store any audio recordings or transcripts of these conversations for its own analytical purposes.

Data transmission to the USA to ElevenLabs Inc. as our data processor is based on appropriate safeguards to ensure an adequate level of data protection, in particular through the conclusion of Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

Please note that when data is transmitted to ElevenLabs Inc. in the USA, an equivalent level of data protection as in Switzerland or the EU cannot be guaranteed. There is a risk that US authorities may access the data without adequate legal remedies being available to you as the data subject.

Storage Duration

Purpose and access

Prompt Mentor helps you write, improve and test prompts for language models. Access depends on availability within the OpenAI product you use. Sollberger AI Consulting charges no additional fee for this plugin and requires no separate customer account. OpenAI’s applicable terms, account requirements and any charges apply separately.

Responsible use and review

Only provide material you are entitled to use and share. Follow applicable law, your organisation’s rules and OpenAI’s applicable usage requirements. AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review prompts and results before using them. Prompt Mentor does not replace professional legal, medical or financial advice.

Your prompts and plugin materials

You may use and adapt newly generated prompts and other material created for you, subject to applicable law and the OpenAI terms applying to your account. Your own content remains yours.

Original instructions, reference documents, branding and other plugin materials remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Use of the plugin does not grant permission to reproduce or redistribute those materials, except where applicable law or separate permission allows it.
