Use of the AI VoiceBot

When you use our AI VoiceBot (hereinafter “VoiceBot”) for inquiries, your voice inputs are processed by our technology partner ElevenLabs Inc. (USA) to handle your request. This processing is necessary to receive your inquiry and to be able to respond to you via the VoiceBot.

Sollberger AI Consulting does not store any audio recordings or transcripts of these conversations for its own analytical purposes.

Data transmission to the USA to ElevenLabs Inc. as our data processor is based on appropriate safeguards to ensure an adequate level of data protection, in particular through the conclusion of Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

Please note that when data is transmitted to ElevenLabs Inc. in the USA, an equivalent level of data protection as in Switzerland or the EU cannot be guaranteed. There is a risk that US authorities may access the data without adequate legal remedies being available to you as the data subject.

Storage Duration
